NOTE:
– Payments made online can take up to 1 business day to process and post to your account.
– If your service is stopped for non-payment and you make an online payment the day before your normal pickup day, you must call the office by 4 p.m. on the same day your payment was made to confirm your payment has been processed in order to have your service reinstated.
– There is a $10 reinstatement fee for any customer whose account is stopped for non-payment (this fee only applies to delinquent accounts, not accounts with a vacation hold).
